WV State Employee Combined Campaign

Gifts made through the West Virginia State Employee Combined Campaign (WVSECC) you ensure that critical, wide ranging, human care services are available to those in need across West Virginia. The WVSECC is the only state-sanctioned fund raising effort in which employees can use payroll deduction. Contributions can be spread throughout the year by deducting only a few dollars a month. The employee campaign is usually conducted September through December.
