Leadership Giving Societies

United Way of the Eastern Panhandle, Inc. honors exceptionally generous donors through its two Leadership Giving Societies; the Tocqueville Society and the Potomac Society.

THANK YOU TO OUR 2010-11 TOCQUEVILLE SOCIETY

Every year, a special group of leaders step forward to answer a broad range of needs to strengthen our community. These extraordinary philanthropists are recognized nationally as members of the United Way’s Tocqueville Society.

The accomplishment of Eastern Panhandle Tocqueville Society was recognized by United Way of America for the highest percent of Tocqueville gift increase with a Fleur-de-Lis award. The award was accepted by Buzz Poland, Local Chairman of the Tocqueville Society at the National Community Leaders Conference.
