Health and Human Services CollaborativeFamilies and Children Work Group KIT (Kids in Transition) Collaborative Chairs: Monica Cogle and Deb Barthlow Vision: All at-risk children and families living in Morgan, Berkeley, and Jefferson counties will receive the services needed through a customer friendly system of care model. Mission: To enhance the quality of community-based treatment options to permit early intervention for at-risk children and families in the WV Eastern Panhandle through needs identification, service development, education, and referral to community-based care providers. The KIT Collaborative generally meets on the first Wednesday of every month from 1:30 to 3:30 at the Berkeley County DHHR Service Array Preliminary Report Next Meeting: Wednesday, August 4, at 1:30 at Berkeley County DHHR. |
